New page

A '''time jump''' moves the action forward on the time line without playing the in between time. The director or players uses the time jump mainly with each act change, where they set up a new situation to create more forward momentum in the drama. Generally speaking it does not change location, but only jump the action forward. If location is also changed it is called a [[Scene Change]].
